In Lenzburg, the design plan for the construction of the new Lenzburg District Court is available at the Malagahaus. It will be higher than originally thought. The plan is for a pentagonal building with five floors, fully air-conditioned offices, meeting rooms and courtrooms.
A hybrid construction of concrete and wood is to be realized. The design will be done in 3D using IFC exchange. The timber construction will be a coordination challenge: the cut-outs through the timber constructions have to be exactly right as they are made in advance in the workshop.
In this project we are responsible for the entire HVAC planning including spatial coordination of the HVACSE trades.
